Firm Vaults to No. 28, Earning ‘Best of the Best’ Distinction for Superior Client Service
Troutman Pepper has been recognized for exceptional client service performance, ranking No. 28 and earning the highest “Best of the Best” distinction, according to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2024 report. The recognition comes from an independent survey of corporate counsel. The firm improved from No. 41 last year and No. 48 the year prior.
This year, the firm was recognized among the BTI Client Service 30, the top firms delivering client service as measured by the 17 activities in the report. These leading firms perform up to 15 times better than a typical law firm.
